The group has forged relationships with Work and Income, National Road Carriers and the Tertiary Education Commission and, working with these three organisations, put in place a Jobs in Industry Partnership. This programme takes long term unemployed and trains them for placement in warehousing as a move towards meeting the shortage of skilled staff in this industry. Additionally, the training programme for staff already in work is well established, with Enterprising Manukau providing level 1 and 2 training with funding from employers and the Transport and Logistics ITO and with MIT providing level 3 & 4 training.
